I thought that this game was awesome all around. The graphics could use some tweaking as could the controls, but those few problems can’t stop me! Think they can stop you from buying this game?

This game is so cool. You get the coolest powers ever, including telekinesis, psi attack, charm, projection, healing, and POSSESION. The levels and graphics look really awesome. The only thing is the music freaks me out! Its like theres a ghost in the hood. This game is just the right difficulty. This game is definetly going on my birthday list. And to the guy who bragged about having the first review, HA! FIRST REVIEW OF THE YEAR BIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATCH!

There is a glitch in this game on some PS2 games on the #7 “Rescue” mission (about a third into the game). I confirmed this by searching other complaints on You Tube and video game websites. Not all games have the glitch, but some of them do and this is a game-ending glitch. Unfortunate.
Even if the game did not have a glitch, I wasn’t prepared to rate it any higher than a 3 overall and a 3 on the fun level. Compared to Psi-Ops this game is simply not as fun. The psychic powers that you play with and the game play in Psi-Ops is much better than Second Sight in my opinion. There is good detail in this game – not so much on the characters but on the environments and the cut scenes are good and the story is more developed in Second Sight than it is in Psi-Ops. However, the “Mind Control” option in Psi-Ops which allows you to take over other character’s bodies is much more unique than any psychic ability you have in Second Sight. Though I did like the “Charm” feature in Second Sight, which allows you to run by or sneak by enemies undetected (it’s like you are invisible).
In Psi-Ops I thought the environments were much more fun and you could “run & gun” your way through much of that game, whereas Second Sight is more of a stealth game. And it seems in Psi-Ops that you have much more power over enemies – with the Mind Control and also the Telekinesis feature. And Psi-Ops is rated “M” for mature, due to exploding heads when you “Mind Drain” them to gain psychic energy from them. Second Sight doesn’t have this feature, and is rated “T” for teen.
Overall, I’m not prepared to say that this is a bad game, and I’m not sure what percentage of the PS2 games have the aforementioned glitch, but there were several complaints that I found on the Internet. However, in comparing Psi-Ops to Second Sight, Psi-Ops wins in my opinion hands-down.

Normally sci-fi games are pretty much the same thing over an over you know solve a mystery and save the village or something but not second sight in second sight the plot is so twisted and the amount of powers you get to yeild is cool i got the game because of the cool powers but ending up loving the story so much more so if you are looking for a differnt sci-fi game with a cool ending then you should get this game

17 jam-packed levels full of action, mystery, and great fun!
What I like about it is mostly the psychic powers. I really like the telekinesis power, ’cause I like to pick stuff up and smash it onto the bad guys. It’s actually the first power you get. I also like the awesome weapons. Really like the flashbacks into the team-work missions. The best game ending I’ve ever seen! But don’t skip the movies or the game will make no sense at all.
Second Sight is great and I recommend that you get it as soon as possible. Stop reading this review and click on “Add to Cart” now!
